I have a user on a dell precision t5400, using Solidworks 2010 on Windows XP pro. when he goes to launch solidworks, the solidworks.exe appears on the task manager, but the applicaiton never fully lauches. when launching a second time, it does yet the solidworks executiable now appears twice in the task manager, thus hogging more memroy. I have 10 t5400 computers on the network, yet only one person is experiencing this. I have contacted Solidworks about it, but they have not given a definitive answer. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Application not opening on first launch

Computer-aided design (CAD) is the use of computer systems to aid in the creation, modification, analysis, or optimization of a design.
