BI Server Scheduler

I have a BI Server that runs scheduled reports picking up data from an Oracle database, the  server was re booted and now when I try to connect to the scheduler I get "CORBA::NO_IMPLEMENT" message.
Any ideas how to work arounf this issue?

Thanks for your response.
Actually I got rid of the issue by re booting the server one more time. Now I have an Unable to initialize an app-handler error.
