Hi,

Using Exchange 2007 SP3, XP pro sp3, Outlook 2007 and Server 2003 R2.

Some users need to have multiple outlook profiles which I need to create by going to Control Panel and Mail.

Can these profiles be created remotely and then pushed out with the user profile or somehow with a batch / vb script?

Please help.

Have a look at a FREEWARE utility called RichProfile created by Richard Coggins, you can download it from here:  http://desktopengineer.com/downloads/richprofile.zip

Then ensure richprofile.exe is accessible by the login script and place something like the following line in your login script.

Example line for Login Script:
richprofile "<exchange_server_name>" "%username%" "email - %name%" "N" "D" >nul 2>&1

You'll need to have a look at required switches etc to suit your individual requirements.

Outlook Profiler can do this (do a search), RichProfile I've also seen recommended although I've not used it for many years. There are some ways to do it via prf file I think, it always looked terribly complicated to me, but I'm pretty sure its possible on some level for some settings.
