1) I have Server1 and Server2 both running Windows Server 2008 standard 64-bit
2) I have a total of 9 users between the two servers.
3) Currently only 2 users can use RDP concurrently on each server for a total of 4 concurrent RDP users across two servers.
4) I want to expand this so a total 5 users can use RDP on one server and 4 users on another.  That's a total of 9 concurrent RDP users across two servers.

Question:
So I already have the ability for 4 concurrent RDP users. If I buy a 5 CAL RDP package, will I then have ability for 9 (original 4+5 new ones) concurrent RDP users or only 5 ?

No you need to purchase a total of 9 RDS CALs.

The two connections on each server you get now are suppose to be only admin connections when you make server to be in Application Mode TS server you would have to purchase CALs for those connections as well.

So, you would only have 5 CALS if you purchased 5 TS CALs
