I have tried this link no luck http://blogs.technet.com/b/amir/archive/2008/08/06/e-mail-download-issue-in-entourage-with-exchange-2007-on-windows-2008.aspx

I think it's to do with how  Entourage 2008  receive emails as it doesn't  use MAPI . It used the IIS 6 to receive email

I don't really have an answer, but FYI Entourage communicates with Exchange via IIS/WebDAV.  Its requests are directed to individual messages using their store URL.  The store URLs contain an escaped version of the message subject, so it's possible that messages with a + in the subject will also have a + in the URL.  This may be a problem because a + is also used as an escape character for the space character, so there is the potential for some confusion.  I would suggest looking at the IIS log entries for your Entourage session, and see if any requests for likely looking subject URLs return an error status (i.e. one that does not begin with 2 or 3).
