Remote Desktop 2008 R2 SSO

I have a RD 2008 R2 Farm with 2 RDSH Servers. We are nto able to get SSO working. I have reviewed several sites and have not had any success. Everyone seems to think this url is the fix all.......http://blogs.msdn.com/b/rds/archive/2009/08/11/introducing-web-single-sign-on-for-remoteapp-and-desktop-connections.aspx

can any point me in the right direction?
