What is the impact on users? Most users use outlook and have a ost.

As the majority of your users are MAPI clients (Microsoft® Office Outlook® users), the data loss involved may be negligible.

It will not cause any issues with OST.

What does it mean negligible? Is their data (attachments) in outlook will be losed when they will synchronise with Exchange 2003?
