There wound up being dns errors, as well as some configuration on the 2k3 connectors that needed changing.

I have an Exchange 2003 Back End and Front End. Users can connect to the FE and get mail via OWA and RPC over httpc and active-sync<br />
<br />
I have a mailbox on exchange 2010, it can not send mail out. Its mail is routed to the 2k3 FE. But all the communication between the FE and 2010 server seems to keep getting stuck in the respective queues of each server.<br />
