  I have a IPAD its getting hanged at startup .
kindly advice

Have you tried a hard reset ?

Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button for about ten seconds. The Apple logo will appear, and the device should complete the Hard Reset.

if that doesnt work, have you tried re-applying the IOS ?

2. Connect the iPad to your PC using USB cable.

3. Select iPad from the ” Devices ” list.

4. Under the ” Summary ” tab, click on the ” Restore ” button.

At this point choose to restore from fresh... and not import a backup..
