Unable to uninstall SQL Server 2008 What am I doing wrong...?

Trying to uninstall SQL 2008. I have already 2005 on there. I do not need either at the moment. I wanted to get a full install of whichever would be best for an install of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I have been on EE for weeks with no luck on this project.

I followed the steps to try to remove SQL 2008 first I had both R2 and Standard installed. (again not to mention 2005) Remember my ultimate goal is to get CRM installed which seems to need the full install plus SQL reporting services.

So I get the following error when trying to uninstall. I have rebooted the server as well trying to correct this. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
