Event ID 11 Winint specific DLLs

So i have read the similar cases of this specific id but it was not an acceptable solution for me.MY problem seems to have a source on two particular DLLs that belong to Kaspersky Internet Security 2011. To be more specific i am taliking about kloehk.dll and sbhook64.dll. Searching the Internet i read the warning those dlls are causing is not something to worry about but since having some occasional PC freezes when starting the Computer it has to be either this or the Event ID 4227 to which i have already tried the solution provided to this site(which..well was the same solution provided by microsoft knowledge base but anwy) Here is the Event ID problem itself
