We have redundant exchange servers, but for some reason this morning, I have one that is failed and suspended and the other is dismounted.  This is only one of the 4 public stores.  On the first store where it is failed and suspended, I get the following errors:

Active Manager failed to mount database Mailbox Database 1 (A-G) on server ALGEXCHMAILBOX2.XX. Error: An Active Manager operation failed. Error: The database action failed. Error: An error occurred while trying to select a database copy for possible activation. Error: The database 'Mailbox Database 1 (A-G)' was not mounted because errors occurred either while validating database copies for possible activation, or while attempting to activate another copy. Detailed error(s):

        algexchmailbox2:
An Active Manager operation failed. Error: The database operation failed. Error: The automatic database operation on database Mailbox Database 1 (A-G) was attempted too soon after the previous failure. Manual intervention may be necessary to perform the operation..

        algexchmailbox1:
Database copy 'Mailbox Database 1 (A-G)' is in a failed state on server 'ALGEXCHMAILBOX1.XX'. Reason: At '11/12/2010 4:35:21 PM' the Exchange store database 'Mailbox Database 1 (A-G)' copy on this server experienced a serious I/O error. For more details about the failure, consult the Event log on the server for other storage and "ExchangeStoreDb" events. The passive database copy has been suspended.

Recovery found the logfile created at  11/12/2010 22:35:31 .

And:

Information Store (3584) Mailbox Database 1 (A-G): Database recovery/restore failed with unexpected error -543.

Any ideas on how to get this back up and running.  I am new to Exchange 2010.

Thanks!

Right Click on the Database.
Properties and you will have an option "This Database can be overwritten by a restore".

Check that option and try to mount it again.

Unfortunately, I had to call Microsoft to get the answer for this as quick as possible.  The answer that viralrathod gave was the first half of the issue that made the first mailbox store available on the second server in the cluster.  Unfortunately, it would not allow the first server to come back.  We had to run an update on the databse and overwrite it from the second server.  This resulted in no lost emails, but took some time to run.  Thanks for the assistance!
