None of my guests in Hyper-v can ping the host. How do I resolve this issue?

Figured it out. I had the guest bound to the NIC that I also used for the host OS. I enabled the on-board NIC, and set this as the eternal connection for the VM's. I then enabled connection sharing from the server NIC. this resolved the issue. I can now ping the host from the vm, and vice versa. AND all VM's have internet access.
