IIS permissions error 2

Im getting the attached error when trying accessing the virtual directory in EMC. I was able to create all the virtual directories for my 2010 cas except the active synce one. Im installing 2010 into my exch2003 and 2007 environment. any idea why I get this error?

I tired the following with no resolve: http://www.experts-exchange.com/Software/Server_Software/Email_Servers/Exchange/Q_26608767.html

Can you verify that "Microsoft Exchange Security Groups\ Exchange Trusted Subsystem" group is a member of local admin group of all Exchange 2007 server?  

If not, add it and restart all servers and check...
