I am developing a P2P video chat application.
1) What parameteres affect the quality of video chat?
- upload speed?
- download speed?
- ping?
- anything else?
2) What's minimum value of these parameteres for at least 640 X 480 size video?
3) Is the best home internet offerred in USA with the maximum speed good enough for video chat?
