adding binding source to C#.net form

I hope the graphic pictures are enough to help describe problem
I have a c#.net project - that I am trying to recreate - just as a learning process-
image One is from original program
image Two is one I am creating
I have used all the code- and created gui same -as much I can see.
problem- I do not see how to create tbl1tbl2Binding source- ( on image one)
when i recreate program - i see whats on (image two)-just tbl2BindingSource

any ideas?
