Superior software/features - QNap, Synology or Thecus?

I'm looking for a 4 or 5-disk NAS solution and have narrowed my choices down to (in no order):

QNap TS-459 Pro
Thecus N5500
Synology DS 411+
Synology DS 1010+
Their performance seems about the same from the reviews I could find, so then it comes down to stability, noise, and power, plus the really important one - how easy they are to use through their GUI interfaces and what features they have and if the features work.

Any thoughts/recommendations?

Lacie or iomega would count as major vendors in the area.

Your chosen makers  are minor, nobody can compare them...
