Event ID 7030

We are running Windows 2008 R2. I keep getting Event ID 7030 in my event viewer. I have Googled the error and found a solution but the service mentioned in the event viewer is not a listed service. I cannot find the LaunchProgram service. I attached a copy of the error.

From your logs (ProcessID="532" ThreadID="3636") ProcessID failed to start.

Go to task manager and see if there is any application with processID and find out about the application which is failing to start.

It is generic error message and you need to find out exact application for any troubleshooting.

According to my task manager process ID 532 says it is a "Services and Controller App" but I do not see that as a service. I attached a screenshot.
