Samba as PDC + DNS + Proxy server

Hi,
I want to configure Samba as Primary Domain Controller (LDAP + File server), DNS server and Squid (Proxy) on Centos 5.5 i386.
Also I am looking for web based management tools for managing SAMBA user creation and folder permissions and for manage proxy. which can also provide Proxy reports.
Please help me with How to Configure all this.

The tool you are looking for is Webmin, following link guides you through it's installation: http://sysadminscene.com/webmin/how-to-install-webmin-on-centos-5-5/

It let's you configure Samba including user managment through a web interface.

I know about webmin, but webmin is not useful for me. can you please suggest me another tool that can manage all this things also i want to know how to configure all this server step by step.
please help to configure Samba as Primary Domain Controller (LDAP + File server), DNS server and Squid (Proxy) on Centos 5.5 i386.
also tell me the managing tools

You did not mention what kind of DNS so I am making assumptions:
