Hi,

Every day at 7h09, I get the same error from Bluecoat Proxy SG:
2010-11-15 07:09:36+01:00CET  "NTP: Tried all configured servers. Unable to obtain NTP update due to NTP server errors."  0 90000:1 Mailed ../ntp.cpp:724

If I use the manual update, all is working fine, and the bluecoat update the time every hour without any error, just once a day.

I can't see nothing in the NTP server log.

The ntp server are Windows Server 2008: there is two ntp servers configured.

Model: Proxy SG 210-10
Version: SGOS 5.5.2.1 Proxy Edition
Software release 45055

Thanks

Sébastien

The problem is due to NTP service on Windows Server.
