Error Tasks on Outlook 2003

Good morning,

I have a problem with task on Outlook 2003 !
My configuration : Outlook 2003, Exchange 6.5

On Outlook, when I assign a task to a collegue, he cannot open it !
Error Message : Impossible to open this element....

Anybody have a idea ?

First thing would be to turn off all plug-ins (add-ins) to see if one of those is causing your problem.
It might be a 3rd party add-in (ACT! has this as a known issue).
Alternatively, it could be one of the .net applications that link to Outlook, such as ACT! or BCM.
Again, disable these to see if it resolves the issue. If so, then look at a re-install of that application or possibly just a latest patch of outlook and appliaction.
