create setup file in vb.net 2008

hi
i have created a windows installer using vb.net 2008
it is working fine
it works on vista , windows 7
but it didnt work on XP
i have added all the prerequest
but the installer is not working on xp
any help would be appreciated

do you have any error message? is the .net framework 3.5 installed?

here is the error msg
although i restart the pc the same error show

Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one.         try again      cancel

hi guys

i found the problem why it is not working
it seems that the installer i make is only working on 32-bit operating system
and doesn't work on 64 bit operating system

i search in google and found that setting the(From Build menue in VS2008---> configuration mangaer --->set build to any cpu will solve the problem ,plz advance

i solve the problem , i copy my code into windows 7 machine
and re complie the code there and i set target palteform to x86 and now it is working on all plateforms
