How do I change the timeout of AJAX in DotNetNuke 05.05.xx?

I am trying to trying to create new site by template of exsisting site. After about a minute I receive the error Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerTimeoutException: The server request timed out.

this is the request timeout, which can be changed in web.config and in the IIS website settings.

I changed timeout settings in both IIS and web.config to 5 minutes and I am still getting a timeout error after about a minute.
