Can I get the photos off of a Dead Blackberry?

The Blackberry in question had a problem charging, and then finally stopped charging altogether.

Is there a way to get the photos that were taken by the BB, but not backed up?  I don't mind taking the unit apart if there was a media card inside that I could take out.

Is there possible a way to "jump start" the blackberry, and get it on long enough to sync the photos?

Thanks.

I don't know of a way to do this unless the files were on a removable media card.

I assume that when you usb the blackberry to your PC that no device is found.  Is that correct?

Are there any signs of life when plugged in?  Does the LED glow at all?

Hi,
Which version of Blackberry is it? if it is any version since the pearl then yes (assuming that it was configured properly but it is by default) as they all have a media card inside.
Simply remove the battery and remove the media card. Photos should be on there.
