Almost perfect directions. &nbsp;Except, they're using Outlook 2010. &nbsp;So they had to go to the options tab from when creating a new mail, then select the &quot;from&quot; button. &nbsp;Then enter the email address they're able to send from.<br />

also, it's useful to disable the email address from being displayed in the global address list by clicking the option on the general tab within EMC user mailbox properties.
