I can export a list of users and with the "filter options" filter out certain emails or something. I want to know how to filter out inactive users, so I see only active users.

The goal is to export a list of users in a particular OU whose acount are both active and contain an email address with a particular domain.

If I understand your question correctly then you should be able to utilize oldcmp by joeware to complete this task. This is a free tool to deal with inactive AD accounts.

Basically you would use code similar to the one below with your data specific to your domain added.
oldcmp -report -users -age {#days} -llts -b {Base DN of OU to search} -f {ldapfilter for email}

Open in new window
