&nbsp;My company has thousands of students, poolers.Almost of them use free mail &nbsp;, so we can not send mail to all of them at one time &nbsp;using micrsoft exchange .Now , I &nbsp;have to write a tool to send mail &nbsp;to alll of them by the following way :<br />
&nbsp;- I separate the address in to many small part &nbsp;and send each part every 30 minutes .<br />
