i am creating visiting card for our valuable customers.
i find visiting card from internet but i don't know that
how can i customize my visiting card using Adobe Photoshop CS 5 ?

here i attached the sample template of my visiting card ..
in the attached template i have to only edit the text not
back ground ..
is it possible ?

Not possible to edit text in a jpeg.   You need a file with Layers and / or editable text.
The image above does not have any editable text, it has been rasterized and then saved as a Jpeg.

Does the site you got this at have a Photoshop version of the file?

no it has not photoshop vesion of the file ...
