Headsets for call centers

Hi, I'm setting up a call center and the operators will be sitting very close to each other. The requirement is to get a headset which has the best noise cancelling, and the mic be a very good mic (not picking up everything in the call center). It has to be bin-aural as well
I was told Plantronics HW261 or HW361. Can someone tell me what the differences are and what is the best practice out there?
