Hi, I'm setting up a call center and the operators will be sitting very close to each other. The requirement is to get a headset which has the best noise cancelling, and the mic be a very good mic (not picking up everything in the call center). It has to be bin-aural as well

I was told Plantronics HW261 or HW361. Can someone tell me what the differences are and what is the best practice out there?

Hi!

Those are indeed the standards for call centers...

Here is some best-practice info for headsets:

The HW261 and HW361 look identical in the specs.

Thanks!
