Blackberry Lookup

Hi, I have 4 blackberry users who can no lookup contacts on their blackberries.
I have tried resending the Service Book to one of the devices but this has not worked.
Please can you advise on anything else that I can try to get this working again.

I have tried regenerating the encryption key, resending the service book, taking the battery out and rebooting the handheld. This is affecting more and more users. If you could advise on a possible solution it would be much appreciated

Could we please have a little more information about the environment?

Do you use exchange mail? Is this a BES server? What type of Blackberry's?

The more information the better.

Try blanking the unit (master reset) and resending from scratch.
