ASP Update Panel Problem

Hi,
i have a Website that uses update panels. For the last couple of days the site was working exactly how it was supposed to.
The post back took place without redrawing the site. I added a different site to the solution, which added the Ajax components to the site.
After i added the second site, the Update panel seems  not to work any longer. The page refreshes after every postback.
Is there a difference in the Ajax package?

There must be something wrong with the web.config. Make sure that web.config is configured properly to run AJAX.
