Any chance you are missing a font that she is using for a Reply/Forward?

It's possible, but without re-imaging the machine, I don't know of an easy way to fix that.

Also, when she sends a NEW message from her machine it works fine. &nbsp;It's only replies and forwards that's causing this strange behavior.
