I want to install real VNC on all of our computers (over 150). I also want to customize the install (add a password to the vnc server, etc...) I don't have time to go around to each machine and install it, so is there a way I can create an msi with the settings I want? Once I have the msi created I can deploy it through group policy.

Thanks, but that guide in the second link says it's for windows 2000. All the computers in my office are Windows XP and the servers are Windows 2003

OK, but you can still use WinInstall Le to convert the package to an MSI.

You can use Orca to create a MST file. Here is a good article about that: http://www.frickelsoft.net/blog/?p=240
To deploy the package follow this one: http://www.waynezim.com/2009/05/how-to-deploy-vnc-using-group-policy/
