Installing Terminal Services on Windows 2008 after installing other programs

Hello Experts:

I am running Windows 2008 Standard R2 with Timberline 9.7.0 installed and in production.  I would like to install terminal services on the Windows 2008 Server but I am afraid it might cause Timberline to stop working.  Does anyone know if this should be attempted or not?  I would like another company to access the server and you the new printing features located in terminal services.   Any advise is welcomed.

If you don't install the program within TS install mode or through the control panel you can potentially cause the program to stop working. Now I have put servers in TS App Mode after installing programs on the servers without issues but I have had the programs not work properly as well.

So, recommendation is to not put server in TS App mode unless you are willing to reinstall software in Install Mode
