Exchange Server 2007 Public Folder Access

We recently performed a controlled fail over of several of our systems to our DR site.  All worked fine, but when we failed back we could no longer access any of the Public folders that exist on the server.

The error I get is from Outlook 2010, but we also get this error from other versions of Outlook.

"Cannot display the folder. Microsoft Outlook cannot access the specified folder location. Network problems are preventing connection to Microsoft Exchange"

I have verified the data store and everything looks good.  I am at a loss.  Any thoughts?

I can "connect"  or see them but I can't drill into the folders or I get the above labeled message.

So we have (too many) public folders that have subfolders, etc.  I can even expand the tree for a particular folder...but I can't open and object at the end of the tree....
Do you have more than one replica of Public folders in different Exchange servers? Try changing referal of Public folders.
We don't have more than one replica of public folders....Would I need to remove the "replica server" information and then restart the information store.....?
Can you able to re-index it again !!

Better restart the information store  before that.. if you didnt try it once
Do you check for event viewer.. can you ablwe to see any specific event refering to public folder or related..
Shall I recommend you one more... (may be not practical )
Can you please create one more replica of public folder and provide refernece to that server and try
I just cant see what is causing it to not allow me to open a particular folder.  I have never had this much trouble with them in the past... maybe that is why Microsoft tried to do away with em.
The store driver couldn't deliver the public folder replication message "Status (PublicFolderDatabase@cu1.org)" because the following error occurred: MapiExceptionNetworkError: Unable to make connection to the server. (hr=0x80040115, ec=-2147221227)

Do you have multiple NIC cards on the server?  Disable all unused NIC and make used one are static....
If you are using Win08 try remove IPv6 enabled

Reboot your server

still problem exist? try download PFDAVAdmin (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=635be792-d8ad-49e3-ada4-e2422c0ab424&DisplayLang=en) check for the errors

Well,  the way I worked it was to remove all of the Public Folder Repliction settings (servers).  Then to run the repair from the Tools,

Went back in and reset the Replication to itself and all of the folders now open.  I am a bit perplexed as I thought that (and the system was set) to point to our DR Exchange box for the Public Folder Replication.  Anyway, it is working and I cant wait to change my entire Network Infrastructure from 03 to 08 and move to Exchange 2010.!!!

Thanks for the help
Giving the points to VipinV for his assistance as it led me around to my solution.
But I didnt get any point out of it!!!!!
