Points of My Scenario:
1. I am admin of a Server 2003 domain.
2. All member servers use Windows Server 2003
3. We wish to deploy Windows clustering
4. Management's directive is to deploy both IIS Network Load Balancing and Failover clustering on the same pair of servers.
QUESTION: Is it possible to deploy both NLB and failover clustering on the same pair of servers? Please provide documentation/links to support or defy this pursuit.

Not possible.
"Be aware that running these two components on the same computer is unsupported and is not recommended by Microsoft due to potential hardware sharing conflicts between Cluster service and Network Load Balancing."
