Whenever i execute this code in in the sbs server 2008 i am getting following error
Permission Denied "GetObject"  and error code 800A0046  Source Microsoft vb script run time error.

But in the xp  it is not showing any error message. i  know that it is related to permission but i do not know what permission does it need and how to set it up the permission  in sbs 2008.

VB Script -code
------------------------------
Set oFSO = CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")
strFile = Inputbox("Enter the path of the   file to Configure", "File")
Set testW3SVC = GetObject("IIS://LocalHost/W3SVC")
 Set testRoot = GetObject(testW3SVC.AdsPath & "/1/ROOT")
 set IISVirtualDir = Nothing
Set IISVirtualDir = GetObject(testRoot.ADsPath )

The Managed By: in the Group Information tab of a Distribution Group is for informational purposes. It does not give a user / group to manage the distribution group.

You need to run the Add-ADPermission cmdlet to add this permission:

Add-ADPermission -Identity <name of distribution group> -User <name of user> -AccessRights WriteProperty -Properties “Member”

This will then allow the specified user to manage the distribution group membership.
