This seems like a simple task, installing a serial printer.  But I can't find a driver that will work with this printer.  :(

It's an iThaca iTherm 280 serial printer running Windows XP x86 and another system is using Windows 7 x86.

Can someone help me find the drivers for this printer?

Thanks!

fyi, I've already tried these drivers:

http://www.transact-tech.com/tsg/280drivers.html

and what's happening with the printer is that it's printing out a loooooong receipt of nothing just jibberish charaters.  The driver from that link takes just fine.  But when printing a test page, it's all crap charaters that come out.

I was using the correct drivers from the transact website. Just the wrong printer settings.  All is well.
