is there any form of emulator i can run besides oSX86.. dual booting is kind of my last resort...

Short answer is "no". This is a Mac, OS X, only program.  And we really can't discuss osx86 here since it is a hacked version of OS X which violates Apple's EULA.

Thing is, even if there was a legal emulator for this, Logic Pro, as you probably know, isn't some silly little game. It's a high-powered piece of software and you'd only be inviting more hassles than it's probably worth.  If this program is something key for you. then either go buy a Mac or try and find some Windows equivalent.
