configure/ Install/Add a new server to an existing oracle Grid Control

I have got a new server.
I would like to add that server to my oracle Grid Control.

OS - AIX 5.3
oracle - 10.2.0.3

if I install Management Agent Install Software on that server is that sufficient?
shd i do anything else??

if you install the agent by hand you will be asked for the oracle management service location (hostname and port) and an agent registration password. when thats done and the agent installation has completed you should be able to see the host in the host list in the GRID control.from there you can add the database and listener and other stuff if they are not auto discovered.

i got struck at this step.

bash-3.2$ emctl status agent

bash-3.2$ emctl upload  agent
