I work for a housing organisation.

We have our own website and looking to add a visitor survey.

We may wish to have a popup survey for when visitors arrive or when they exit the website.

We need to be able to create our own specific questions and give the visitors up to 5 choices of answer.

From the results we need to be able to output feedback into a reasonable format maybe just excel.

A free solution would be good, however, a reasonably priced solution that is easy to work and does not contain addiitonal popups or adverts would be best.

We also need to ensure the surveys are compatible with most browsers

How about $29?

You can try it, online and build your own survey for free before you buy it.
There is no automatic export, but the replies are saved in a mysql database.
This can then be exported to Excel.

An old poll I developed with this software is here: http://www.thebicyclesite.com/poll/view_poll.php?&poll_id=3

Hi Glen thanks for the feedback.  Your suggestion is definately an option and keeps things simple too which is a positive.

I was suprised at having such little feedback on this topic as it is something that has been developing year on year for some time now

I think many web users feel they are over polled.  The sample poll above was much too long for most of my viewers.

Keep it short.
