I'm in the process of doing a new office 2007 desktop build. &nbsp;In Outlook I want all the fonts to be Arial 10pt, so in Tools&gt; Options&gt; Mail Format&gt; Stationery and fonts, I have changed all the options to Arial 10pt. &nbsp;For emails this works fine and the font defaults to Arial 10pt, but when I go to Out of Office message or to create a signature the font is defaulting to Calibri 11pt, how do I change the font for Signature/Out of office message to Arial??
