Outlook 2007 font defaulting to Calibri

I'm in the process of doing a new office 2007 desktop build.  In Outlook I want all the fonts to be Arial 10pt, so in Tools> Options> Mail Format> Stationery and fonts, I have changed all the options to Arial 10pt.  For emails this works fine and the font defaults to Arial 10pt, but when I go to Out of Office message or to create a signature the font is defaulting to Calibri 11pt, how do I change the font for Signature/Out of office message to Arial??

I fixed this myself by going into a new email message body and then clicked on Format Text tab, then click on Change Styles button, select Style Set and chose Arial/Arial, then set as default.
