Programing with Visual Studio 2010
The project is in Net 3.5 The project i a Win forms project not a web project.
In references I have:
System.Windows.Forms.DataVisualization .NET 3.5.0.0

but when I go to the publish tab on the applications files it doesn't appear.

When I run my project in my computer it works fine, but in other computers when o form with chart is opened the error rises:

Can not load file or assembly 'System.Windows.Forms.DataVisualization, Version = 3.5.0.0, Culture = neutral, PublicKeyToken = 31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its

NOTE:
This project was created before with Visual Studio 2008 and worked without problems, the problem ther is since i upgraded to Visual Studio 2010

The charts were not included in 3.5 and you needed to add this reference. they are now builtin VS2010 (if you target .Net framework 4.0)

I added the reference and it works fine in the computer where I have the Visual Studio.
The problem is in the publication.
I want to include the files in the publication but I can't.

you have a reference to the 3.5 or the 4.0?

if you have a reference to the 3.5, you need to deploy it with your application as it is not native to this version of the Framework. the easiest way is to set the Local property to True in the reference and copy it from the bin folder to your destination PC

Yes I want to deply it, an when I was using Visual Studio 2008 I did it without problems, now I can't select it.
When you say : "... and copy it from the bin folder to your destination PC " where I have to copy in the destination PC i which folder?
