Error 1935

When I'm trying to update one of my workstations I keep getting the following message.
"Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly component
{8565AAD6-4949-395A-B5AE-42DC742E19FF}.
HRESULT: 0x800706BE.
Can someone please help with this

There is several possible routes to take on this each depends on which software is relevent but your error does not include this only numbers complicates it a lot so going on the 1935 error the bases of this may assist

This problem occurs because of certain third-party programs and background programs that are running on the computer. For example, this problem may be caused by programs such as WinTools, WinEasy, WebSearch, Easy Installer, System Mechanic, and HP Component Manager.

So on these it's possible there is either a service locking the installer, or whatever is on board is outdated and something is mismatched somewhere.
