Error:
The report parameter 'CustomerName' has a defaultValue or A ValidValue that depends on the report parameter "CustomerName". Forward dependencies are not valid.

I am trying to make the parameter read from the report column multi list to use as a filter

You will need a second data set that selects the Name value pairs you want to use in the parameter.  

Use the second dataset for the available values, and possibly any default values.
