Sharp printer - Printing garbage

We have 3 Sharp printers, AR-M280, AR-M350 and AR-M450 that when we migrated to new processing software, when we try to do the screen print function in the application it prints out garbage.  Strange characters.   They did not do it prior to the migration.   We have HP printers that work fine on the same function.  I checked the print drivers and we have the most current driver, I think.    PCL6.
Any ideas how to fix this problem?

Hi

Does it print other things normally apart from screen shots. Switch off the printer remove cables and leave it for some time and try connecting it back.

Yes it prints all other jobs just fine.       Did the turning off, removed cables, let set for quite awhile.    Connected back and no difference

Try changing from a PCL6 to either a PCL5e or PCL5c. I have ran into several issues with PCL6 drivers with Sharp MFP devices. You can go here http://www.mbsinc1.com/printer-drivers.php to find the drivers.

This solution along with changing the print preferences to download fonts seems to have fixed the problem
