Outlook flag reminder disappear after 24 hours

Hi,

I have a problem with one of our users that is using the Outlook Flag reminder service.
When she flag's a mail and set a reminder, the reminder is gone after 24 hours.
She flag's only mails that are in her inbox, not subfolders or other personal folders.
The reminder service for calendar is working correctly.

I already create a new ost file, a new Outlook profile and the PC was just reinstalled with a new windows profile (server and local).

Hi, scainfra.

Try launching Outlook from the command line (or Run box) with the /cleanreminders option.  This will force Outlook to rebuild all reminders.

Does she have a Blackberry or some other mobile device that might be clearing the reminders as the result of a sync?
Yes, she's having a Nokia e72 as a smartphone, synchronizing mail via 3G

I have about 50 users with a smartphone. None have problems.
I asked to user to test 2, 3 days and only connecting from the office, not from home.
Maybe it's the remote connection.
When that is still nok, I will turn off the mail sync from her phone and test some days...

Keep you informed.
The VPN connetion isn't the problem.
I now switched off the mobile synch, let's wait and see.
Problem is the mobile smartphone synch. Flag's are working when phone is not in synch mode.
I will try a reset of the phone and set it up again (next week).
Or do you have other ideas?
Sorry, I don't have any other ideas.  I don't know anything about Nokia phones, how they sync, etc.
