I am trying to reinstall Sharepoint Services on a server 2003 machine and I receive an error when running the SharePoint Config Wizard.  It reads "An IIS web site by the name of SharePoint Central Administration v3 already exists on this server.  This name is reserved for the SharePoint Central Adminstration Web Application.  The web site must deleted or renamed before the SharePoint Central Administration Web Application can be created."

How do I delete that site?
