I am able to access my firewall from the ASDM interface. My coworker has full administrative privileges and he logs in to ASDM for me. I want to create a new account with full level 15 privileges.

Go to Configuration, Device Management, expand Users/AAA then click User Accounts.  Click Add and define the username and password then set the privilege level to 15 in the dropdown.  Click Apply and Save.
