Hello this issues seems to be popping up more and more. &nbsp;The latest one on &nbsp;a fresh install of windows xp. &nbsp;In this situation i have tried to install adobe flash player on a computer by using manual download method. &nbsp;I hit open instead of save on the ie download and i get a message that says &quot;The Handle is Invalid&quot; &nbsp;with the location of the exe in the temporary internet files. &nbsp;This has happned on different programs lately so i know it isn't just related to flash. &nbsp;Thanks for your help.
